InkFirst is operated by an individual operator. By accessing or using InkFirst, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access credentials secure. Use InkFirst lawfully and respectfully. Do not submit unlawful, harmful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, or privacy-violating material; attempt to disrupt the service; bypass limits or payment controls; or use the service to create content that violates another person's rights.

Creative references, not professional advice

InkFirst output is a creative reference for discussing tattoo ideas. It is not professional tattooing, medical, or safety advice, and it does not guarantee artistic quality, suitability, healing, placement, copyright clearance, or any tattoo outcome. Consult a qualified tattoo artist and, where appropriate, a medical professional before making decisions about a tattoo.

Your content and generated output

You retain rights you have in prompts you submit. Subject to these terms and applicable law, you may use generated output for personal reference and discussions with a tattoo artist. You are responsible for reviewing output and obtaining any permissions needed for your intended use. Generated output may not be unique and may resemble other work.

Credits, downloads, and third parties

Credits, download access, and subscriptions are digital services delivered through InkFirst. Payment processing and other service functions may involve third parties, including Creem, Supabase, Vercel, Replicate, and Google OAuth. Their availability and terms may affect your use of InkFirst.

Availability and termination

InkFirst may change, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, security concerns, unpaid charges, or violation of these terms. You may stop using InkFirst at any time and may request deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.
